Atomic unit, have you come across the word? If not, Atomic unit is the fundamental unit of a product. Like WhatsApp’s fundamental unit is a message, or it’s a ride for Uber, Atomic units come together to make your product. Similar to how cells come together to make a living organism.

Last week, I saw the highest open rate till now, which is well above the industry average of 15-25%. Happy to see people finding value :) and thanks for keeping me motivated to write more and deliver on time without fail.

I was shocked to find out, even big ones like Reddit, Ola, DoorDash use Sendbird. Maybe because it’s an easy to use and amazing tool. If you have experienced chat features on any of the above platforms. Also, if you come across the improvement numbers, they promise you will fall for the product.
